These cooling gel packs can be used with the Bosom Bandit or with any bra or tank. To help reduce pain and swelling, use these reusable pair of 4" flexible, cooling gel packs. They are also lined with soft fabric to keep you comfy. When used together, the Bosom Bandit™ and gel packs may help prevent and/or treat engorgement of breasts. Simply put in the refrigerator to cool.
