We ship all orders via UPS Ground, however you can choose other shipping options when checking out, including Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping.

If you need a Saturday delivery you must contact us to confirm it will arrive on time. 866-746-7383

UPS is generally 100% on time, but life isn't 100% perfect and your package may be delayed, due to acts of God, weather conditions and other natural phenomenon.

Returns & Exchanges


RETURNS
You have 10 Business days from the date UPS delivers your package to return it to our San Francisco location to receive a refund to your credit card, afterwhich you will recieve a store credit.

Due Maternity does not pay for return shipping fees.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.

We try to keep our website updated daily. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is backordered we will contact you to let you know.

Due is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. Due is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 10 day return policy.


Because we are a specialized online boutique please note that sale items may only be returned for merchandise credit. No refunds will be given past the 10 day return policy. Online credit will not be given past 21 days.


Undergarments, skin care and seasonal items such as holiday dresses and bathing suits are FINAL SALES. Sorry, no exceptions.



Store Credits
If you return your merchandise past the 10 day window you will receive an online credit good for online merchandise only. Once we process your return we will email you your credit code which is for merchandise only. You can not use your online credit towards shipping costs.

Tracking an Order
Once you have completed an order we will e-mail you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS http://www.ups.com to track your order.

Sales Tax
8.5% sales tax applies to California customers only.


Transfer of Risk and Title
When you order an item at duematernity.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. In the rare event UPS looses a package we will do all that we can to help but ultimately its between you and UPS to resolve.
