Orders ship from California and take 3-5 business days to deliver via standard domestic ground service. We ship orders via USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground. Other shipping options are available, including 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping and Overnight Shipping.
All weekday orders received before 2 PM Pacific Time will be processed the same day. Orders after 2 PM or placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
We try to keep our website updated daily but sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know.
Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package, the price you are given when placing an online order is a rough estimate, and sometimes it is necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card. If you have any questions regarding the cost of shipping please give us a call and we will be happy to help!
To receive a refund, your return must be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date UPS delivered the package to you.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original ticketing & tags attached. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note:
• Skin Care, Lingerie, and Undergarments (hosiery, tights, Bella Bands) are non-returnable
• We will not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise
• The Due Maternity retail locations (no association) do not accept internet or phone order returns or exchanges.
• All online returns must be sent back to our warehouse, located in Aliso Viejo, CA.
• All Internet returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.
• Clearance items are a final sale. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
• Gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or online credit. No refunds.
It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping of unwanted items.

We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Be sure to get a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event that a package is lost or misdirected.
Returns received without an RA # or beyond the allotted time will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.

Undergarments (panties) and clearance outlet items are not returnable. Bathing suits may be returned with panty liner in place. Bras may be returned with tags attached.
Gift certificates purchased on DueMaternity.com may only be redeemed online and are not refundable.
Gift returns and exchanges must be postmarked 14 days from receipt and will receive online credit only. No refunds.
