Shipping
We ship all orders via UPS Ground, however you can choose premium shipping methods when checking out. These methods include: Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping.

All weekday orders (including requests for overnight) received after 10:30AM CST will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will not ship out until the following Monday, excluding holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

UPS is generally 100% on time, but life isn't always 100% perfect! Your package may be delayed due to weather conditions or other natural phenomenon. If you absolutely need your order the next day, you must contact us to ensure the availability of the items. 866-SHOP-DUE (746-7383)

Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package, the price you are given when placing an online order is a rough estimate, and sometimes it is necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card. If you have any questions regarding the cost of shipping please give us a call and we will be happy to help!

Returns
To receive a refund, your return must be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date UPS delivered the package to you.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original ticketing & tags attached. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note:
• Skin Care, Lingerie, and Undergarments (hosiery, tights, Bella Bands) are non-returnable
• We will not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise
• The Due Maternity retail locations (no association) do not accept internet or phone order returns or exchanges.
• All online returns must be sent back to our warehouse, located in Aliso Viejo, CA.
• All Internet returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.
• Clearance items are a final sale. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
• Gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or online credit. No refunds.

It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping of unwanted items.

Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization number at 866-SHOP-DUE (746-7383) or e-mail us at Returns@DueMaternity.com. (You must write "Return Request" in the subject line of your e-mail or it will not make it to us.)

Please include a copy of your invoice and write the RA # on the outside of your package.

We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Be sure to get a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event that a package is lost or misdirected.

Returns received without an RA # or beyond the allotted time will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
To receive an exchange your package must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.

To exchange an item please contact Customer Service for an Exchange Authorization number. 866-SHOP-DUE (746-7383) or e-mail Exchange@DueMaternity.com.

We will ship your new item once we receive the item you would like exchanged.
If you would like to expedite your exchange, we can charge your card and ship the new item at the time of your call. We will then issue a refund to your card once we receive your exchange item.
Gift Returns/Exchanges
Gift returns and exchanges must be postmarked 14 days from receipt and will receive online credit only. No refunds.
